On the one hand, in present era, construction companies are of Egypt’s fastest-growing industries and provide significant economic returns. other significantly put individuals danger accidental death. In this study, researchers examined factors that affect Occupational Safety (OCS) measures among women engineers working industries. This is a quantitative study used cross-sectional data, 376 usable samples. By applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), study’s findings demonstrate Work Environment (WEN), Personal Protection (PP), Training Education Skills (TESS), Familiarity with Regulations (FSR) Commitment (SCT) influence OCS. will help policymakers planners design effective safety policies on sites. about adopting precautionary reduce death rates Finally, particularly developing countries, contribute to health environment literature.
